Role Description The Personal Assistant at eXp Realty will provide day-to-day support to real estate professionals in the Edmond, OK office. This part-time, on-site role includes running errands, managing calendars and appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing schedules. Responsibilities also involve handling phone calls and emails, maintaining files and records, preparing documents, and assisting with clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations. The Personal Assistant will help with follow-up on client inquiries, track key deadlines, and support routine administrative workflows to improve overall efficiency. Qualifications

Must reside in Oklahoma Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication. Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and basic document preparation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency with software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, etc).
