Pre-Sales Representative

Field-Based | Monday–Friday | Sales & Merchandising

Looking for a sales position where you can build customer relationships, grow product distribution, and make an impact in the local market?

Mitchell Companies is hiring a Pre-Sales Representative to manage an assigned route and achieve sales and merchandising objectives. This is a customer-focused, field-based position for someone who enjoys building relationships, growing sales, and taking ownership of their territory.

What You'll Do

• Achieve sales and marketing goals for your assigned route
• Sell promotions and grow product distribution and sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify new, inactive, and growth opportunities within the territory
• Maintain strong product displays, POS materials, and merchandising standards
• Monitor inventory and help prevent out-of-stocks
• Provide excellent customer service and fulfill account needs
• Complete accurate orders, reports, and required documentation
• Maintain company vehicle and follow all safety and company policies
• Assist with special events, holiday pull-ups, and weekend deliveries as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speakers are preferred and encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Basic computer/tablet skills

Schedule

Monday–Friday | Field-based position

Daily travel to customer locations within the assigned territory is required. Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required for special events, holiday pull-ups, or business needs.

Physical Requirements

This is an active field sales position. Employees routinely:

• Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Walk, bend, stoop, and stand during customer visits
• Enter and exit delivery vehicles multiple times throughout the day
• Work in retail, warehouse, and refrigerated environments
• Travel throughout the assigned territory on a daily basis
