The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with high accountability, have a strong analytical mindset, be a proactive and clear communicator, and have a strong understanding of financials and supply chain models.Essential FunctionsClaims & Order Processing: Provide analytical support and administration of claims, credit holds, processing of customer orders.Supply Chain Governance: Provide insights and recommendations through monitoring of rebates, material flows, and customer orders.Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance data-driven decision-making processes and conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive improved business performance.Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations on optimization.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvementReporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and summaries of dashboards to branches, cross-functional teams and managementCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support in completion of tasksOther duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualifying individuals to perform the essential functions.Education and/or ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in Inventory Control, Supply Chain and/orTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of Inventory management, statistical analysis, and systems. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power Bi).Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.Workplace RequirementsThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
