Job Title

Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 14-week assignment | Projected start: November 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Birthing Center setting
• Monitor and support laboring patients with a patient ratio of 1:5
• Collaborate with a patient-focused interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality obstetric care
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation
• Fulfill weekend and on-call requirements as directed by the facility
• Float to other units as needed — float requirement is non-negotiable

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with Labor and Delivery experience required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery
• Required certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP
• Flu vaccination or client-approved exemption required for assignments running November 1 through April 1
• Must be willing and able to float as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Demonstrated ability to work as a flexible, positive team player in a fast-paced birthing center environment
• Comfort with on-call and weekend scheduling requirements
