Assistant Construction Project Manager (Solar / Renewables - Nationwide Opportunities!)

We’re looking for a self‑driven, resourceful, and disciplined Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of utility‑scale solar projects across the U.S. This is a high‑impact, growth‑oriented role designed to develop future project leaders. You’ll be part of a team that partners with top energy clients nationwide to build a more sustainable future—one solar project at a time. Working directly onsite, you’ll collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll play a critical role in managing day‑to‑day operations, tracking progress, and solving problems in real time—while learning the full project lifecycle from pre‑construction through close‑out. Location & Travel Details You will travel across the U.S., helping our team build renewable projects. This is a traveling position (up to 100%) where you will be onsite at a project location. You may be placed on a project site in any state throughout the U.S. You’ll spend an average of 8‑16 months on each project. We offer a designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support living expenses, plus a vehicle allowance and routine travel home from the jobsite.
