Youth Care Specialist

Lutheran Services Florida seeks a compassionate Youth Care Specialist to support at-risk youth in our Community & Social Services programs. In this on-site role, you will provide daily supervision, mentoring, and life-skills coaching in a safe, structured environment. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, monitoring safety, documenting progress, responding to crises, and coordinating activities that promote emotional and social growth. You will collaborate closely with clinical and case management staff in a diverse, mission-driven culture focused on equity, inclusion, and community impact.
