Leasing Consultant – Luxury Apartment Community
Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at a beautiful new apartment community. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience while showcasing the community to prospective residents, managing the leasing process, and supporting daily property operations. The ideal candidate is professional, sales-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people find their new home.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone
- Conduct engaging property tours and highlight community amenities and apartment features
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads
- Process rental applications, lease agreements, and related documentation
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and market trends
- Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
- Assist with resident retention efforts, renewals, and community events
- Maintain accurate records within property management software
- Ensure model homes, tour paths, and common areas are clean and presentation-ready
- Support marketing initiatives and social media outreach efforts
- Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and organizational skills
- Weekend availability may be required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Skills
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage
- Strong sales and closing abilities
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Social media marketing experience preferred
