Description Job Summary: Make $1,100–$1,300 per week generating leads for bathroom remodels inside Walmart! Cardinal Baths is hiring an experienced in-store rep to engage shoppers and set free design consultations. $23/hr base + $50 per qualified appointment. About Us: Cardinal Baths is a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company specializing in shower, tub, and full wet-space upgrades. We operate a branded showroom inside Walmart Federal Way, giving us direct access to homeowners seeking home improvement services. Position Overview: We’re seeking a confident, results-driven Lead Generator to staff the showroom, interact with shoppers, and schedule free in-home consultations for our remodeling team. This is NOT entry-level — experience in in-store promotions, lead generation, or sales is required. Responsibilities: Proactively approach Walmart customers and create interest in our services Explain remodeling options using displays and product visuals Collect contact information and set appointments for design consultations Track appointments and keep the display neat and professional Requirements: Experience in lead generation, face-to-face sales, or home improvement marketing Strong communication skills and outgoing personality Self-motivated and results-oriented Reliable and punctual Able to work Thursday–Monday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Compensation:

• 23/hour base pay
• 50 per qualified appointment that results in a full demo
