How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Personal Care & Comfort: Foster a respectful healing environment by assisting patients with essential personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Safety & Mobility Assistance: Enhance patient recovery and safety by aiding with careful movement, positioning, and transfers as directed by the clinical team.
• Clinical Observation & Reporting: Serve as a vital observer for nursing staff by promptly identifying and reporting any changes in a patient's physical, mental, or emotional condition.
• Documentation & Environment Maintenance: Maintain accurate clinical records of care activities while ensuring patient rooms remain orderly and medical equipment is functional and ready for use.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
