Duration: Contract w/ right to hire
Remote Capabilities (Y/N): Y- for contract at least
Target Start Date: ASAP (May 10th?)
Interview Process: 2 rounds – 2nd including some coding questions- Initial call only 15-20 minutes w/ manager
Technical Environment: Agile (wants someone from agile background preferred), IBM DataStage and MDM, used to have Talend but moved away from, Apache Hadoop (won’t do much w/ but may pull from)
Team Size & Structure: 6 data engineers on team
Needed Soft Skills/Company Culture: Good communication skills
Education or Certification Requirements: None required
Level of experience target (junior/mid/senior and/or years of experience): Mid-level @ 5+ years (ideally a little more sr. for data steward/analyst role)
Industry Experience requirements/preferences: Financial Industry a plus
