Training Supervisor

As a Training Supervisor you will be responsible for improving the productivity of the Grand Forks Plant’s employees through the deployment of effective training initiatives and programs. Plans, develops and implements strategy for training and development, establishes and maintains appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of training and development programs.
