We're a fast-moving team that operates with intention, and we're looking for someone to help us harness AI to do our best work.About the RoleWe're hiring an AI Operations Manager who thinks like an engineer but wants to operate like a business builder. This role is purpose-built for analytically minded people who are excited about applying their technical foundation — not to write code all day, but to architect systems, solve operational problems, and drive real business outcomes across a revenue organization.If you have a background in CS, engineering, math, or science and you're drawn to the idea of being the person who brings AI into how a company actually works — not just how it's built — this role was designed for you.You'll report to our Head of Revenue and work closely with our GTM teams — sales, marketing, and customer success — to identify where AI can eliminate friction, accelerate output, and improve outcomes. We want someone who is energized by what comes next — and ready to own it.What You'll DoBuild AI workflows and automations: across our GTM stack — including HubSpot, Slack, and connected tools — using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, and MakeIdentify and prioritize AI use cases: across sales, marketing, and customer success by working directly with team leads to understand day-to-day friction pointsCreate and maintain prompt libraries, SOPs, and playbooks: so AI usage is consistent, repeatable, and scalable across the teamManage AI tool vendors and subscriptions: evaluate new tools, own renewals, and ensure we're getting ROI on what we're paying forTrain and enable the team: on AI tools and best practices through hands-on sessions, documentation, and ongoing supportMonitor and report on AI adoption and impact: tracking how workflows are being used and what's actually moving the needleStay current on the AI landscape: and bring relevant developments and tools to leadership's attention proactivelyWhat We're Looking ForBackground in CS, engineering, mathematics, data science, or a related technical fieldGenuine hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — you use these daily, not occasionallyFamiliarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar) and CRM/GTM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)1–3 years of experience in an operational, analytical, or business-facing role — or a strong internship/project record that demonstrates this orientationStrong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical teammatesHighly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environmentBonus PointsExperience building HubSpot workflows or integrationsFamiliarity with AI prompt engineering or building Claude/GPT-powered automationsPrior exposure to B2B SaaS, rewards, incentives, or a revenue-driven businessWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary based on experienceA front-row seat to how a modern B2B company builds its AI muscle — with real ownership over making it happenDirect access to leadership and the ability to shape how this function grows as AI becomes central to everything we do
