Job Description: Education Coordinator 8:00AM-4:30PM IN-OFFICE POSITION The Education Coordinator oversees the daily operations of educational programs, ensuring curriculum standards, instructional goals, and compliance requirements are met. This role serves as a key liaison between administration, staff, and students, supporting student success through effective program coordination, scheduling, staff collaboration, and continuous improvement of educational processes. The Education Coordinator is also responsible for coordinating new hire orientation, fostering employee engagement through team-building initiatives, and supporting new system rollouts through training, communication, and implementation support to ensure smooth transitions and operational efficiency. Qualifications 2-3 years of hospital business office, healthcare management and/or training experience is required. Education Associates degree or experience in lieu of degree Requirements Develop, maintain and implement competency-based education programs for WCBO departments. Create new hire access requests using the eACR system and maintain knowledge of standards and processes. Develop and conduct new hire orientation. Ability to train employees in a hands-on and/or virtual environment.
