Your future role at a glance Location: Kyle, TX Facility: Seton Medical Center Hays Department/Specialty: Trauma Services Schedule: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm | Hybrid How you'll make an impact in this role Manage the Trauma Registry by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining accurate trauma data to support patient care quality and regulatory compliance. Review trauma admission records and perform clinical documentation abstraction to ensure complete, accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and trauma registry reporting. Analyze inpatient trauma cases using ICD coding standards to support quality improvement initiatives, trauma program performance, and licensed trauma center compliance. Coordinate trauma data reporting and quality assurance activities to identify care gaps, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen interdisciplinary team collaboration. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High school diploma or GED required.
