Apogee Signs is a leading sign company based in Midway, FL, just west of Tallahassee. We specialize in the design, production, and installation of high-quality signage for businesses across a variety of industries. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and communicating professionally.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers. You will answer questions, provide project updates, document customer requests, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure customers receive excellent service throughout their experience with Apogee Signs.

$22.00–$30.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online communication.
  
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer assistance.
  
• Answer questions regarding orders, projects, timelines, artwork, and deliveries.
  
• Document customer information, requests, conversations, and follow-ups.
  
• Coordinate with sales, design, production, and installation teams.
  
• Provide customers with project updates and communicate changes professionally.
  
• Help resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  
• Follow up with customers to ensure their questions are addressed.
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and information.
  
• Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination when needed.
  
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.

• Customer service or call center experience.
  
• Remote work experience.
  
• CRM or customer-management software experience.
  
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace experience.
  
• Experience with scheduling, order management, or administrative support.
  
• Experience in the sign, printing, advertising, construction, or service industries.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have reliable internet, a suitable workspace, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members during scheduled working hours.

Virtual meetings and training may be required. Occasional in-person meetings or travel may be requested for special projects or company events.
