(MEDIX) 1ST Shift Shift Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, Central Fill, Health and Wellness Central Operations - Health and Wellness Location: Litchfield Park, AZ 85340-9703 6600 N Sarival Ave #2489, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340-9703 Responsibilities Maintain sorter operation by removing full totes, replenishing empty totes, scanning totes and locations with handheld scanner, and rearranging units to ensure proper fill rates. Manage product deliveries by preparing, reviewing, and verifying receiving documentation; processing reports; counting, separating, and scanning product; operating computer software; tracking product unloading from trailer manually or with powered equipment; organizing inventory; transferring to production stations; maintaining records, logs, and forms such as shipping manifests. Stock drugs using box cutters and knives to open boxes without damage; monitor product size; make adjustments; label, scan, and sort drug types to ensure correct location; transport drugs to designated locations; store excess drugs on overstock shelves or racks; operate forklift to transport skid items. Maintain accuracy and integrity of inventory by removing damaged or expired product; identifying and resolving discrepancies; informing management of inefficiencies; performing basic equipment maintenance such as cleaning, changing labels, and bags. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; recommending improvements; adapting to change and learning from feedback. Ensure accurate packing and shipping of pharmacy products by packing prescriptions, scanning leaflets and medication, placing packages on conveyor, packing temperature‑sensitive medication according to specifications, ensuring supplies, and completing paperwork for pickup and delivery. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying best practices.
