This position will be onsite in Melbourne, FL. Essential Functions:Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectivesEnsures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and qualityTracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflictsUtilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areasBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience OR a Master's Degree with 3 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience OR Associate's Degree with 7 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experienceScheduling and planning experienceExperience with EVMS ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBasic understanding of Microsoft ProjectAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret Clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the companyPreferred Qualifications:Active U.S. government Secret ClearanceAerospace/Defense Industry ExperienceExcel Macro/VBA SkillsExperience working in Microsoft Project Server EnvironmentExperience in Deltek CobraExperience in Deltek Acumen RiskKnowledge of DCMA health metricsSchedule Management Experience and MS Project ExperienceWe offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
