OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Bethlehem, PA by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operating out of Bethlehem, PA, you'll run nationwide dry van routes that demand professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols while representing a driver-centered carrier.

What You’ll Do:

• Move freight on OTR lanes, handle loading/unloading coordination, and communicate status to dispatch.
• Complete required inspections, maintain logs, and ensure cargo is secured.

What’s Required & Provided:

• CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months' driving experience.
• Starting pay at 65 CPM with average weekly miles near 2,500 and additional safety and referral bonuses.
• Modern trucks under 3 years with APUs, inverters and sleepers, dependable in-house maintenance, scheduled home time every two weeks and comprehensive benefits.
