POSITION OVERVIEW

The individual who fills this role will be a member of the Product Management team supporting the Private Equity Co-Investment practice. Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Product Management for PE Co-Investments, the role covers the full fund lifecycle, including product development, pre-marketing, fundraising, and ongoing investor engagement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Serve as a product expert and spokesperson throughout the fund lifecycle. Coordinate and complete workflows associated with client service; help to implement best practices to enhance investor experience. Support pre-marketing, fundraising, and LP communications. Contribute to strategy and product development; maintain marketing materials. Manage investor requests (RFPs, DDQs, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate responses. Assist in drafting fund documents, including the PPM and investor presentations. Help plan and execute client events, meetings, and conferences. Partner with other StepStone teams to deliver results for clients and prospects as well as to drive internal process efficiencies.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

4+ years of relevant experience in private equity or financial services. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar discipline.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills with an eye to attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM and performance reporting systems a plus. Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a proactive mindset. Salary Range: $120,000 - $215,000 The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience.
