Come join our amazing team!What you will do:Enforce and maintain sanitation and infection control in kitchenDelegate team members and help with meal preparation, services, and dining experiencePurchase food, nutritional supplements, and cleaning supplies for the kitchen while staying within budgetEvaluate and provide plans for improvement regarding any aspect in dietary system (staffing, protocol, purchasing, etc)Oversees all kitchen staffParticipate in corporate dietary meetings to plan the new seasonal menuMust have:Current unencumbered license to practice as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) in the state of WashingtonAbility to taste and smell food in order to determine quality and palatabilityAble to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other center staffPosses special interest in and a positive attitude about working with long term care residents and the elderly populationAble to read, write, speak and understand EnglishMeets health requirements as required by lawDemonstrates basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applicationsCaldera Cares for you!Competitive pay scaleFull benefits package - Medical, Dental, and Vision401k Life and Disability InsurancePaid Time offGrow with Caldera Tuition Reimbursement Clinical ScholarshipsContinued EducationLeadership trainingScholarship ProgramsPay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Three Rivers Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
