Manufacturing Quality Inspector

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join our client’s team and help ensure products meet the highest quality and compliance standards. If you have experience in manufacturing or quality control and enjoy identifying issues, solving problems, and working closely with production teams, we’d love to hear from you! Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18/hr Shift: 2 nd shift, 3:30 pm - 12 am A Brief Overview This role ensures product quality and compliance with quality control standards within the manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing Quality Control Floor Inspector is responsible for examining products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications, conducting tests to determine product quality, and preparing reports on findings to facilitate the continuous improvement of production processes. What you will do Examine products and materials for defects. Conduct tests to determine product quality. Review and complete documentation on inspection and test findings. Monitor and adjust production processes to meet quality standards. Maintain records of quality control measures. Train production staff on quality control procedures. Recommend improvements to production processes.
