Position: Program Cost Controls Analyst (Onsite) – US-AZ-Tucson, AZ. Requires U.S. citizenship and a transferable Top‑Secret security clearance. Raytheon – Advanced Effectors & Space (AE&S) As part of Raytheon's Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit, the AE&S Sub‑Strategic Business Unit seeks a Program Cost Controls Analyst to support a strategic with‑held program with high‑level customer and leadership engagement. What You Will Do Process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs). Execute program and financial control actions, including supporting Estimates‑at‑Complete (EACs), External Reporting (IPMDAR), and monthly reporting. Utilize program controls tools (Business Warehouse (BW), Analysis for Office (A/O), forProject, SAP/APEX, PMX Tool Suite) to provide targeted EVMS analysis that meets internal and external EVMS compliance standards. Collaborate with key functional leaders in Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership Team to support financial reviews and execution of a program with significant scope. Provide timely support for ad‑hoc data reporting to meet evolving organizational needs. Support CAMs in development of variance analysis and quarterly EAC versus Latest Revised Estimates (LRE). Prepare weekly and monthly program reports and support internal/external program reviews with key team members. Partner with PM and Planning for EV implementation. Provide ad‑hoc support and analysis as required. You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field AND 5years finance work experience, OR an advanced degree and 3years finance work experience. Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/Schedule Integration. Experience with SAP, forProject, RTX Tool Suite or similar tools. Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued Top‑Secret clearance required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as security clearance eligibility is limited to U.S. citizens. Understanding of RTX financial and accounting policies and procedures. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure with both internal and external customers. Experience in creation, assessment, or review of external reporting such as Contract Performance Report (CPR), Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), or Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR). Raytheon EVMS certification or industry equivalent. Benefits Competitive compensation: $86,800 – $165,200.
