Telecommunications Specialist - VoIP Support Technician

Just Solutions, Inc. is hiring a full-time Telecommunications Specialist – VoIP Support Technician based in Fairport, NY, serving clients from Utica to Buffalo. As our Telecommunications Specialist - VoIP Support Technician, you'll install and configure VoIP systems, troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues, and manage SIP-related concerns. You'll provision users and routing features, collaborate with network teams, and provide technical support to end users. You'll also maintain documentation and assist with system upgrades, ensuring smooth, reliable communication for our clients. WHO ARE WE?
