As a Security Officer Access Screening in Litchfield Park, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will help monitor entry points, manage access control activities, conduct routine patrols, and support a professional, welcoming environment. In this role, you will help address security-related concerns through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while staying visible and responsive throughout the site.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor sign-in processes, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted and production areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including access points, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and other assigned locations where working conditions may vary by site.
• Support daily security-related operations by maintaining accurate logs, reporting unusual activity, and following Allied Universal and site procedures for deliveries, contractors, and after-hours access requests.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
