About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Private Equity Advisory and Operational Consulting. The successful candidate will be part of a rapidly growing advisory firm that serves middle-market companies and private equity sponsors. This role is pivotal in leading and executing complex advisory engagements, managing client relationships, and overseeing a range of financial and operational activities. Key responsibilities include leading operational improvement, restructuring, transaction support, finance transformation, valuation, and strategic advisory assignments. The ideal candidate will have a background in turnaround and restructuring advisory, operational performance improvement consulting, private equity operations, or financial and strategic advisory services, with a strong emphasis on experience in private equity-backed businesses and sponsor-driven environments. Applicants for the Vice President position should have approximately 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record of achievement. The role requires advanced financial modeling capabilities, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. A strong academic background, including a bachelor's degree from a respected institution, is essential.
