Elite Connect is conducting a search on behalf of a rapidly growing behavioral health provider seeking a Senior Territory Manager to expand referral networks and drive growth across the Philadelphia market.

This is a highly relationship-driven role where your work directly connects individuals to critical mental health and recovery services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including:
• Physicians and primary care providers
• Psychiatrists and mental health clinicians
• Substance use disorder treatment providers
• Hospitals and outpatient behavioral health programs
• Local judicial systems (probation, courts, correctional facilities)
• Identify new referral opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups
• Track outreach efforts and referral activity using CRM tools
• Report on referral volume and key performance metrics
• Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities

• Strong existing relationships in the Pittsburgh healthcare market
• Personable, persistent, and relationship-driven
• Ability to build trust with providers and community stakeholders
• Strong follow-through and professional presence
• Passion for expanding access to mental health and recovery services

Qualifications

Required:

• 2-3+ years of healthcare marketing or business development experience
• Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder, or social services
• (SNF, home care, assisted living marketers encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Comfortable with frequent local travel
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Familiarity with peer support or recovery-oriented care models
