What You\'ll Do As a strategic partner to leaders across the organization, you\'ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience by providing expert guidance on: Employee relations and workplace investigations Leadership coaching and performance management Employee engagement and retention strategies Succession planning and talent development HR policy development and interpretation Regulatory compliance and HR audits Personnel records management Non-provider credentialing Professional development and organizational training HR reporting and special projects You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate challenging situations while fostering a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience Demonstrated expertise in: Employee relations Workplace investigations Leadership coaching Performance management Employment law and HR compliance Employee engagement and retention PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification required on hire or ability to obtain within six months of hire Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills Why You\'ll Love This Role This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization by partnering directly with leaders to improve employee engagement, strengthen leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of accountability and respect.
