Senior Director Quality Business Process Excellence
Johnson & Johnson
Senior Director role leading quality process excellence and business process improvement initiatives for Innovative Medicine at Johnson & Johnson. Responsible for end-to-end process optimization, investment management, performance management, and supply chain resiliency oversight within the Quality Systems function.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quality process programs and own key business processes for Innovative Medicine Quality
- Manage process decomposition, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee investment management for Quality Systems and provide status updates to leadership and finance
- Drive end-to-end and tiered performance management including scorecard reviews and metrics alignment
- Lead supply chain resiliency assessments, risk management, and serve as point of contact for resiliency challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10-12 years relevant business experience
- Minimum 8 years in Supply Chain Operations, Quality, or R&D
- Proven expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, or DEX methodologies
- Black Belt Certification preferred
- Strong people management skills with proven track record building high-performing teams
- Financial acumen and understanding of business metrics and analytics
