About the Role We are hiring a Salesforce Technical Program Manager to lead delivery for a flagship enterprise client. This role combines program management, Salesforce solution leadership, client partnership, and pre-sales. You will own outcomes and executive relationships, lead multiple AI and integration workstreams, and help expand the account through excellent delivery. This is not a traditional project coordinator role. We need a hands‑on delivery leader who is technically credible in Salesforce, decisive under pressure, and comfortable moving between strategy and execution. Responsibilities Client outcomes and satisfaction from kickoff through renewal, including escalations and executive communication. A multi-workstream Salesforce and AI portfolio, beginning with a flagship client and expanding to additional engagements as capacity allows. Distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams, including direction and development of project management resources. Engagement economics, including burn, forecasts, staffing plans, utilization, and early identification of budget risk. Account expansion through scoping, estimates, proposals, staffing plans, and Statements of Work developed with solution architects. Delivery discipline across plans, boards, sprint cadence, risks, dependencies, incidents, and end‑to‑end verification. Salesforce and Technical Leadership Lead Salesforce implementation delivery and translate business needs into clear plans for architects, developers, and client stakeholders. Provide credible guidance across Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud; MuleSoft and Service Cloud Voice exposure are valuable. Manage programs whose deliverables may include AI agents running in production, integrations, automation, and core revenue-system improvements. Partner closely with solution architects to evaluate options, resolve blockers, and communicate technical progress in business terms. Use AI and automation to improve meeting preparation, status reporting, follow‑ups, and delivery operations. Required Qualifications 5+ years of enterprise project or program management experience in consulting, professional services, or client‑facing technology delivery. 3+ years managing Salesforce professional services delivery. Salesforce experience is required. Demonstrated delivery experience with Salesforce implementations Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams and managing multiple workstreams or engagements without sacrificing quality. Executive presence with experience running steering committees, facilitating decisions, and communicating with C‑level and finance audiences. Pre‑sales fluency, including discovery, scoping, estimates, staffing plans, proposals, and SOW development. Working command of Agile delivery, risk management, and production incident management. US‑based, able to work East Coast hours with morning overlap for European stakeholders, and willing to travel up to 25%. Preferred Qualifications Hands‑on exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, or Service Cloud Voice delivery. Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce credentials. PMP or SAFe certification. Experience within a Salesforce consulting partner, boutique consultancy, or high‑growth firm where you owned outcomes directly. Experience building or improving delivery methodologies, templates, playbooks, or operating standards.
