Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive understanding of global drug development lifecycle and health authority engagement strategies
- Learn regulatory laws, guidance documents, and requirements for drugs and combination products
- Execute real-world projects that build leadership presence and stakeholder influence
- Participate in internal and external meetings supporting role responsibilities
- Lead and present results of a complex capstone project to senior leadership and internal partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university program
- Master's degree (or currently pursuing, graduating by May 2027) in scientific, technology, or engineering field
- Strong academic track record
- Understanding of pharmaceutical drug development fundamentals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with flexibility and curiosity
- Self-motivated with problem-solving capability and interest in healthcare systems
Compensation: $76,000–$121,900 base
