Desired Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist.
• Graduate degree in School Psychology (Ed.S., Psy.D., or Ph.D.).
• Experience with psycho-educational assessments, counseling, and behavioral consultation in an educational setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of IEP process, eligibility criteria, and relevant state/federal guidelines.
• Organizational skills and flexibility to manage a diverse caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs and intervention plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social/emotional development.
• Consult with teachers and administrators to develop strategies for classroom management and student support.
• Participate in RTI/MTSS processes to design evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with district protocols.
• Support crisis intervention efforts and offer guidance for behavioral or emotional health concerns.
