Certified IRB Specialist II (CIP Required)

We are seeking a Certified IRB Specialist II to support IRB operations, regulatory compliance, and the protection of human subjects in research. This role will provide regulatory guidance, conduct quality reviews and audits, support investigators, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional research requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret research regulations, policies, and guidelines
• Conduct IRB quality reviews, audits, and monitoring activities
• Evaluate regulatory submissions and research documentation
• Monitor, review, and report on performance measures
• Provide training and guidance to investigators, research staff, and IRB coordinators
• Support the development and implementation of research compliance policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) certification required
• Experience supporting clinical trials and human subjects research
• Strong background in:
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Regulatory submissions and documentation
  • Quality assurance/audit processes
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of IRB/research experience OR Associate's degree plus 5+ years of IRB/research experience
• Ability to attend onsite audits, meetings, and research events as needed 

This is a Permanent position based out of Orlando, FL.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79289.60/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
