As a Screener at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening personnel, visitors, and/or materials, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

DayTime Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, packages, and permitted personal items in accordance with established procedures; identify prohibited or unauthorized items and report findings to site leadership.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and shipping-related access authorizations, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, loading zones, business operations, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
