Client Service Coordinator

Full‑time and part‑time Client Service Coordinators (CSC) support the flow of clients and pets, enhance customer experience, and manage key administrative and financial tasks in a veterinary hospital setting. Responsibilities Maximize staffing productivity while fostering a welcoming environment for clients and their pets. Coordinate client and pet flow to ensure efficient operations. Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times. Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services. Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information entry. Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, and scheduling future appointments. Maintain accurate financial balances and follow proper procedures. Perform administrative functions as necessary. Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. Recruits new clients by promoting hospital services. Perform other job duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old for duties involving radiography. Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple tasks under distracting conditions. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Demonstrated organizational ability and problem‑solving skills. Client service skills ensuring attentive and informative service. Mathematical ability for basic calculations and conversions. Comfortable using computers and specialized software. Experience in a veterinary or medical setting. Knowledge of pet health and wellness plans. Requirements and Desired Experience High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. One year related experience required, with customer service preferred. Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical) with medical terminology training is preferred. Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple tasks under distracting conditions. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
