The Family Medicine Regional Medical Director provides clinical leadership across Region #3 while maintaining an active Family Medicine practice. Duties include: - Monitor regional quality measures and lead improvement efforts to meet or exceed national FQHC benchmarks. - Lead clinical peer review, chart audits, patient safety initiatives, and sentinel-event reviews - Partner with HR and clinical recruitment leadership on provider recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning - Complete at least 8 hours of leadership development annually - Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region
