As AI reshapes how people discover information online, companies need new ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where the next growth opportunities lie. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.We're looking for an AI Search Strategist to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you'll work closely with leading brands and agencies, onboarding new clients and advising them on how to improve their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces. You'll combine deep SEO expertise with a consultative approach, analyzing websites and search performance, running strategic advisory sessions, and translating business goals into actionable organic growth strategies. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you'll also help shape how we enable customers and define best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.What You'll DoOnboard and activate new key clients, and educate them on how to best leverage Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI searchReview websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces)Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmapsCollaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programsConsult our mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics, from overall strategy to hands-on operational executionWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agencyDeep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomesStrong consulting skills: you're used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinkingAbility to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teamsExcitement about the shift from "10 blue links" to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that changeConfident verbal and written communication skills in English for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendationsBonus PointsExperience building frameworks: SEO playbooks, content strategies, or measurement models for clientsInitial experience with AI searchBackground working with enterprise and other high-touch clientsExperience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environmentConfident verbal and written communication skills in German for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendationsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + equityComprehensive benefits packageCollaborative, high-energy in-office work environmentOpportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market categoryEEOC StatementPeec AI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.
