The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Practice or Emergency medicine-trained physicians.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
• Current WA state license is a plus.
• Per diem, part-time, and full-time opportunities available.
• Practice in a high-acuity urgent care setting, collaborating closely with nearby Emergency Medicine physician partners to evaluate, triage, and manage higher-acuity cases requiring coordinated care and escalation when appropriate.

The Practice

Swedish Edmonds Urgent Care – Edmonds, Washington

• A high-functioning urgent care with 10 rooms and a procedure room.
• Level IV Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
• Facility hours are Mon-Fri 8a-8p and Sat-Sun 8a-4p.
• Annual volume of 24,000 with an average of 40-80 patients per day.
• Point of Care Testing and on-site x-ray with CT and MRI across the street.

Estimated base compensation of $150 per hour plus incentive-based performance structure. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
