About the Role This position is for a manager in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters. Key Responsibilities Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service. Manage departmental functions such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, Sales Promotions, and staffing. Oversee Guest Service Department: ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional customer experience, proper training, and organized service areas. Oversee Kitchen Department: ensure quality food delivery, safety, cost control, and staff training on production procedures. Oversee People Department: hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate crew. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
