You will support the care team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for residents.### **Key Responsibilities*** Provide and oversee **direct patient care*** Administer medications and treatments as prescribed* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and care team* Support and supervise **LPNs and CNAs*** Maintain accurate and timely **clinical documentation*** Ensure compliance with **state, federal, and facility regulations*** Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment### **Qualifications*** Active, unencumbered **RN license in South Carolina (required)*** **Current CPR certification required*** Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing* Experience with **PointClickCare (PCC) preferred*** Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills* Compassion for an underserved population### ### ### **Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?**At Fleetwood, you’ll enjoy the **flexibility of PRN work** while being part of a team that values experience, teamwork, and quality care.
