Position Overview Significance, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Analyst (Journeyman) to support the Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) G-4 Transportation Services Branch. This position supports Marine Corps Garrison Mobile Equipment (GME), non-tactical vehicle (NTV), and transportation services programs through transportation policy development, fleet analytics, financial analysis, audit support, task management, and event coordination activities. This hybrid position is based in Arlington, VA, and requires an active Secret security clearance. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage complex tasking, analyze transportation and fleet management data, produce high-quality written products, and operate effectively within Marine Corps task management processes with minimal supervision. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, professional communication, and experience supporting DoD transportation, fleet management, or logistics operations. Pay & Benefits At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
