Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and plan patient care based on individual needs.
- Implement direct clinical care for assigned patients during each shift.
- Supervise and delegate appropriate nursing care to staff.
- Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality and safe nursing care.
- Manage resources effectively related to patient care.
