Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, recommend appropriate solutions, and promptly resolve any concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction. They stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store while consistently meeting store sales goals. Location: Store within a 30-mile radius of Store #3586, 1357 E League City Pkwy Ste 100, League City, TX 77573-6027. This role may involve contact with customers, including minors; handling cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. A criminal history review is required to protect the safety of customers, staff, vendors, contractors, and the general public. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintain precise work order files and formulas Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment Load and unload delivery trucks Assist in making deliveries, as needed Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Comply with inventory control procedures Suggest ways to improve sales Minimum Requirements At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the country without visa sponsorship Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish Valid, unrestricted driver’s license Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 70 lbs occasionally Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends If internal to Sherwin-Williams, a "meets expectations" rating on the most recent performance appraisal If internal to Sherwin-Williams, completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for the current position Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint and paint-related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Benefits Benefits include health, retirement, and other wellness programs available at our benefit portal.
