The Selling Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing branch performance, maintaining compliance with company policies, and effectively handling budgets to drive branch growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive sales performance to meet branch targets
- Oversee branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards
- Manage branch budget and control expenses
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in sales management
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of sales strategy and customer service
- Budgeting and financial management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
