Job Title: RN PCU Profession: RN Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Experience in Progressive Cardiac Care Description: This position involves caring for patients in a Progressive Cardiac Care setting. The patient population includes those with medical conditions, cardiac issues, pre/post cardiovascular surgery, arrhythmia, heart failure, and stroke overflow. The unit comprises 28 beds with a patient ratio of 1:4-5. Candidates must possess the ability to handle complex patient care responsibilities. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
