Location: Cincinnati, OH | Work Type: On-site | Pay: $80,000–$90,000 OTE ($40,000–$50,000 base + Uncapped Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visiting fabrication shops to understand their needs and recommend tools and solutions
• Managing an assigned territory and developing relationships with shop owners, fabricators, and purchasing leads
• Driving repeat business by building trust and offering expert guidance
• Tracking orders, inventory needs, and providing timely follow-up and support
• Working with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

• Background in fabrication or shop environments (Preferred) – Experience as a fabricator, installer, or shop foreman is highly valuable.
• Strong interpersonal skills – You enjoy connecting with people and are naturally solution-oriented.
• Sales interest or experience – Whether you’re new to sales or have some experience, you're ready to work hard and learn.
• Valid driver’s license – This is an on-the-road role visiting client shops within a 100-150 mile radius from Cincinnati, OH.
