Vacation & Experiences Coordinator - Remote

Travel is about more than getting from one place to another. We're looking for people interested in helping clients put together complete vacation experiences- from accommodations and transportation to activities, excursions, attractions, and special experiences.

What You'll Do

• Research vacation destinations and experiences
• Explore resorts, cruises, tours, attractions, and activities
• Help clients choose options based on their interests and travel style
• Coordinate trip components and reservation details
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning process
• Provide helpful information before travel
• Follow up and build relationships for future trips
• Participate in ongoing travel-industry education and supplier training
