THE TEAM

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will support the delivery of exceptional dining experiences within our restaurant operation. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will work closely with bartenders, servers, and fellow associates to ensure seamless beverage service and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

YOUR ROLE

As a Service Bartender, you will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently. You will ensure the bar is fully stocked, maintained, and operated in compliance with all applicable regulations while supporting restaurant operations through outstanding service and teamwork.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and service staff in accordance with hotel standards.
• Maintain bar inventory, including stocking beverages, glassware, paper goods, linen, and consumable supplies before, during, and after each shift.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of bar and service areas through ongoing maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage recipes, service procedures, and bar products to deliver consistent quality.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including bar setup, restocking, and reporting maintenance requirements.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure full compliance with TABC regulations and responsible service practices.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have experience working in a fine dining, upscale, or hospitality-driven food and beverage environment.
• You possess strong beverage knowledge and can accurately follow recipes, standards, and service procedures.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and management.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing attention to detail, organization, and excellent customer service.
• You work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• You hold, or are willing to obtain, TABC Alcohol Server Certification and meet all applicable legal requirements for alcohol service.
