WHAT YOU'LL DO / LO QUE HARÁS

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils
Operar el equipo comercial de lavado para limpiar y desinfectar platos, vasos, ollas, sartenes y utensilios

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area throughout the shift

• Return clean items to proper storage areas in a timely manner

• Support the kitchen team with food prep tasks as needed

• Take out trash, sweep and mop floors, and keep back-of-house areas sanitary

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Reliable, hardworking, and shows up on time — every time

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Team-first attitude with strong attention to cleanliness and detail

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus — but not required

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
