AP Specialist ($60k)

Ledgent is working with a long standing client in the south metro adding an AP Specialist to the team.

Target salary range for this role is $60,000/annually . Flexible schedule (i.e. 6-3, 7-4, 8-5). Fully on-site with situational remote flexibility.

Job Duties:

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Scan invoices into Document Management System
• Reconcile Vendor Statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Respond to Vendor inquiries
• Maintain Vendor Records
• 1099 Maintenance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume A/P processing environment
• Experience with Purchase Orders (PO Matching)
• Understanding of ERP systems (Oracle, Great Plains, NetSuite, etc.) - something beyond "QuickBooks"
