Assistant Manager- Stat/Global Audit- Remote

Role Summary The Assistant Manager (AM) Statutory Audit will be responsible for managing audit engagements, reviewing audit workpapers, coordinating with clients, and supporting managers in execution and completion of statutory audit assignments. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute statutory audit engagements for clients across industries Review audit documentation, working papers, and financial statements Perform and supervise: Substantive testing Analytical procedures Risk assessment Audit planning Ensure compliance with: Companies Act, 2013 Ind AS / Accounting Standards Standards on Auditing (SAs) Assist in: CARO reporting Internal Financial Controls (IFC) Audit finalization and reporting Coordinate directly with clients for audit requirements and issue resolution Identify audit risks and discuss observations with managers/partners Mentor and guide junior team members Manage engagement timelines and deliverables Work Environment Client-facing role Team management responsibilities Opportunity to work on diversified audit engagements #J-18808-Ljbffr
